I ordered one last month to try; my husband uses constantly the pen for hours so we thought would be good…well he liked so much, but, in one month…the reel stoped working and just last night he came back with the leash on his hands. this time I will order 3pack. just in case, again.
otherwise I would have give the full 5 stars, good product, really!!!
